If Paypal payment has been made, but item not shipped at the time of cancellation notice being read, we will manually cancel the order upon request. Please email sales@etincelledesign.com with a copy of Paypal payment info with Your name, address, email , ordernr, itemnr etc as generated by the paypal system. The payment refund will be made via the Paypal system and acording to Paypal guidelines.

If packet has been shipped, returns could be accepted provided item is in original packing, unused, sent with special/signed for delivery to ensure safe arrival. Please send an email to sales@etincelledesign.com to inform us of your intentions previous to returning. The original postage and packing costs shall be deducted from a refund.

If the payment process has incurred any non-refundable charges by Paypal, this amount will also be deducted from the original payment sent. The (remainder of the) payment will be made via the Paypal system and according to Paypal guidelines. Additional costs for sending back the packet shall be paid for by the customer. If import or other taxes have been incurred, request for refund of these should be directed to the authorities responsible.

postage

All items are insured, shipped using UK Royal Mail, and require a signature on reception.

Cost is £4.50 - £6.50 depending on the value of the items purchased and weight of the package. (next day delivery within UK, "Airsure" to available destinations, or signed for international for all others).

Once the packet is dispatched we will send You an additional etsy convo with the tracking or reference number as applicable.
